Trade artwork service · United Kingdom

They’ve sent you a 400-pixel JPG. Again.

A trade-only artwork service for sign makers, vehicle wrappers, printers, embroiderers and promotional suppliers. Send us the unusable logo your customer supplied and we’ll send back clean vector artwork, cut to your spec, in your name, within 24 to 48 hours.

You already know how this job goes.

Every firm in the trade has the same weekly problem, and it costs real money in three different ways.

  • You fix it for free Half an hour in Illustrator, unbilled, because it’s quicker than the conversation. Do that twice a week and it’s a working day a month you never invoiced.
  • You print it anyway The customer signed it off, so it goes on the van. Then it looks soft, and somehow it becomes your problem — and your reprint.
  • You lose the job You explain that you need vector. They don’t have vector. They go quiet, and the enquiry never comes back.
  • You send them to a designer Now someone else is talking to your customer about their brand, and quoting for the work that used to be yours.

Trade rates. White-labelled. No account needed.

Pay per job, no minimum, no monthly fee. Quote it on to your customer at whatever you like — most firms bill it at their own retail rate and keep the difference alongside the print job they’ve just saved.

How a trade job runs.

Four steps, no meetings, no briefing calls.

  1. Forward the file

Send whatever the customer gave you, plus your template and specification if the job needs one. Any format, however rough.

  2. We confirm the price

You get a fixed figure and a delivery time back, usually within a couple of hours. Nothing starts until you say go.

  3. We draw it properly

Redrawn by hand, not auto-traced. Curves are clean, lettering is set in the correct typeface and outlined, colours are specified for your process.

  4. You get production files

A tidy folder in your naming convention, ready to drop straight into the job. Plus a customer-facing visual if you asked for one.

And when the logo itself is the problem.

Sometimes the artwork isn’t rescuable, or the customer looks at the quote for a full wrap and realises their fifteen-year-old logo isn’t what they want on the side of a new van.

You can hand that conversation over rather than lose it. We take on the identity work, and the print, signage and wrapping stays with you — we don’t supply any of it, so there is no conflict.

If you’d rather keep it entirely at arm’s length, point the customer at our free file checker. It gives them an honest, independent report on why their file won’t work — which is a far easier conversation than you telling them yourself.

Questions from the trade.

Will you approach my customers?

No. Trade work is white-labelled without exception. We do not contact your customer, our name does not appear on the artwork or the visual, and we do not follow up with anyone whose logo passes through us on a trade job.

Can you match our existing file structure and naming?

Yes. Tell us once how you like production files organised and named, and every job after that arrives in that structure without you having to ask again.

What if the customer has no usable file at all?

A photograph of the old van, a business card, a screenshot from their website — any of those is enough to work from. We rebuild rather than convert, so the quality of what you send affects how long it takes, not whether it can be done.

How do you handle copyright?

We work on the basis that your customer has the right to use the design they supplied. If something looks like it may be a stock mark, a clip-art graphic or a copy of another company’s identity, we flag it to you before starting rather than after.

Do you do rush jobs?

Same-day is sometimes possible on a straightforward redraw. Ask when you send the file and you’ll get a straight yes or no rather than an optimistic maybe.

Send us the next one that lands in your inbox.

No account to open and no commitment. Forward the file, get a fixed price back, and see whether the turnaround is what you need.
